SHIPPING POLICY
A third party courier is used for all of our shipping deliveries. Here we use AusPosy - Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can track by using the AusPost website.
All our postage is a flat rate of $15 nationwide.
Please note: all shipping is done on a Friday. All orders from the previous Friday to the following Thursday will be processed. If you need it as soon as possible please email crystallinenailsau@gmail.com before ordering.
Please note: no signature on delivery is required( Authority to Leave) if you do wish for this not to happen please add in the notes during checkout, we will not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
In the case the parcel cannot be left in a safe place, the parcel will be taken to a respective collection point (usually a local aus post store ) for you to collect.
Please note, if there is no available collection point due to closures your parcel will be returned to sender after 2 attempted deliveries. If you do not collect your parcel, it will also be returned to sender.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We only offer a refund or exchange if the dried flower arrangement or bouquet you have received is damaged or not the specific item that you ordered. We do not accept change of mind returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at crystallinenailsau@gmail.com or fill out the contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
